: Adenoidectomy is one of the most common surgical procedures performed on children. Conventional curettage adenoidectomy a low-cost procedure that still widely practised, particularly in developing nations. To compare conventional and endoscopic-assisted powered using microdebrider. Consecutive cases for (Group I) Endoscopic Assisted II) were taken from undergoing adenoidectomy, with each group consisting 20 patients. The operating time postoperative pain score measured compared between two groups.
